Annual Fundraiser

Barton Pond PTA is excited to kick off its first annual fundraiser starting February 27th - March 17th. 100% of your donations remain at Barton Pond. Our school wide fundraising goal is 

$15,000

Those funds will go towards the general fund to support things such as enrichment events, teacher grants, staff appreciation events, outdoor picnic tables or benches, and more. 

The final day of the fundraiser, we will celebrate with a Glow Party during the school day! All students and staff will be given a shirt to wear (and keep) for the glow party!


GRADE LEVEL CHALLENGE

Each grade level will work together to earn prizes (such as glow items for the party!) and incentives (such as extra recess!) by reaching targeted goals. Students will be able to track progress on the boards at the front of school and the fundraising website.

Donating online through Memberhub is the easiest way to donate. You may also send in checks with your student to be turned into the PTA dropbox in the front office. Make checks payable to Barton Pond Elementary PTA and include name and grade of your student in check memo.*


Fridays are for Bullfrog Bucks! Bring your cash to carpool and PTA volunteers will collect it from you!


All donations are 100% tax deductible. (Barton Pond Tax ID #88-2761011)

*All checks returned to the Barton Pond ES PTA for any reason (including, but not limited to, non-sufficient funds) will result in an invoice for the original check amount plus a $35 service fee. Checks will not be accepted from (1) anyone who currently owes a returned check fee, (2) anyone who has incurred at least two such fees over the current PTA fiscal year.
