Returned check policy
Returned check policy
All checks returned to the Barton Pond ES PTA for any reason (including, but not limited to, non-sufficient funds) will result in an invoice for the original check amount plus a $35 service fee. Checks will not be accepted from
(1) anyone who currently owes a returned check fee
(2) anyone who has incurred at least two such fees over the current PTA fiscal year
